Horticulturist

Landscape Collaborative has been installing and maintaining some of the finest residential landscapes in the Greater Boston area for 35+ years. We are currently looking for a candidate who has a passion for horticulture and fine gardening. A successful horticulturist is interested in all aspects of horticulture from plant care to container design to perennial garden installation and property management. High attention to detail both on-site and with clients and a refined aesthetic are necessary.

We are looking for a positive, hard-working, and team oriented individual.

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years of professional​ gardening experience
● Ability to work with or manage a team
● Installation and care of woody, perennial, and annual plants
● Pruning of shrubs and small trees
● Container design and planting
● Garden design experience is a plus
● Strong interpersonal skills
● Knowledge of native plants and ecology a plus
● MCH certification a plus

General Requirements:
● Current driver’s license
● High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
● Curiosity and creativity
● Strong organizational skills
● Client focus with strong communication skills
● Ability to work in various weather conditions
● Spanish (basic+)

Compensation and Benefits:
